We love combining fresh seafood with our pasta that’s made in house daily. Our Seafood Fettuccine is a staple dish that brings together sautéed shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams, all tossed in a lobster-brandy cream sauce enriched with fresh tomatoes. This traditional Italian recipe offers a rich and satisfying taste experience.

Caprese Panini

The Caprese Panini at Pubblico Italian Eatery is a go-to lunch favorite that features a simple yet flavorful combination of vine-ripe tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil, finished with a balsamic glaze. This panini embodies the fresh and vibrant tastes of Italy, pressed between two slices of perfectly toasted Italian bread.


At Pubblico Italian Eatery, the Risotto is served in two distinct variations: a Seafood Risotto, rich with the flavors of the ocean, and a Butternut Squash Risotto, a creamy and comforting option. Both recipes are prepared with Aborio rice. 

The Butternut Squash Risotto is tossed with roasted butternut squash, butter, peas, balsamic glaze, and parmesan cheese. The Seafood Risotto is served with mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp, and tossed in a white wine sauce. 


Pubblico Italian Eatery’s Classic Tiramisu
